Phlegm-Dampness is a common pattern in infertility, characterized by

**obesity-related ovulation disorders (PCOS-associated), insulin

resistance, chronic anovulation, and thin endometrium**. The core

pathogenesis is Phlegm-Dampness accumulation obstructing the uterus,

leading to chronic anovulation, insulin resistance, and impaired

fertility.

Base Formula: Qi Gong Wan (启宫丸) or Er Chen Tang with Cang Fu Dao

Tan Wan

Composition:

Atractylodes (Cang Zhu), Cyperus (Xiang Fu), Pinellia (Ban Xia), Poria

(Fu Ling), Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi), Arisaema (Dan Nan Xing), Chuanxiong

(Chuan Xiong), Licorice (Gan Cao)

Action: Transforms Phlegm, drains Dampness, regulates Qi, and

promotes ovulation.
