chronic prostatitis, fatigue, low back soreness, erectile dysfunction,

and frequent urination. The core pathogenesis is Kidney deficiency

failing to nourish the prostate and lower Jiao**, leading to

neuroendocrine dysfunction, sexual symptoms, and chronic inflammation.

Clinical Recommendation: Filament needle, reinforcing method;

Base Formula: Zuo Gui Wan (左归丸) / You Gui Wan (右归丸)

Composition (Zuo Gui Wan):

Rehmannia (Shu Di), Dioscorea (Shan Yao), Cornus (Shan Zhu Yu), Goji

Berry (Gou Qi), Cuscuta (Tu Si Zi), Eucommia (Du Zhong), Licorice (Gan

Cao)

Composition (You Gui Wan):

Rehmannia (Shu Di), Dioscorea (Shan Yao), Cornus (Shan Zhu Yu), Goji

Berry (Gou Qi), Cuscuta (Tu Si Zi), Eucommia (Du Zhong), Aconite (Fu

Zi), Cinnamon (Rou Gui), Licorice (Gan Cao)

Action: Tonifies Kidney, nourishes Yin or warms Yang, and regulates

prostate function.
