Pattern Overview

Lung-Yin Deficiency is a chronic pattern in persistent cough,

dry throat, and afternoon fever**. The core pathogenesis is

insufficient Lung-Yin failing to moisten the airways, leading to

mucosal atrophy, cough receptor exposure, and chronic dry cough.
