Rehmannia (Sheng Di), Scrophularia (Xuan Shen), Ophiopogon (Mai Dong), Angelica (Dang Gui), Sour Jujube Seed (Suan Zao Ren), Polygala (Yuan Zhi), Coptis (Huang Lian), Cinnamon (Rou Gui)
Action: Nourishes Heart and Kidney, calms the spirit, and harmonizes Yin and Yang.
