Blood Stasis is a common pattern in infertility, characterized by pelvic adhesions, endometriosis, tubal obstruction, hypercoagulability, and immune-inflammatory factors. The core pathogenesis is Blood stasis in the uterus and pelvic region, leading to tubal obstruction, endometrial dysfunction, and impaired implantation.

Base Formula: Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang (少腹逐瘀汤) or Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang (膈下逐瘀汤)

Composition:

Fennel Seed (Xiao Hui Xiang), Dried Ginger (Gan Jiang), Myrrh (Mo Yao), Angelica (Dang Gui), Chuanxiong (Chuan Xiong), Cinnamon (Rou Gui), Trogopterus Dung (Wu Ling Zhi), Pollen Typhae (Pu Huang), Licorice (Gan Cao)

Action: Invigorates blood, resolves stasis, warms the uterus, and relieves pain.
